My husband who is working on the Air Force 1 communications upgrade said that they move the planes for upkeep and maintenance to different locations when they know the President is not going to be using it. If you have pictures with tail numbers he has a list of where each AF 1/2 is at all times. Meaning in or out for maintenance.
