It does not show the perpetrators, it only shows the little girl from like the shoulders up. I know what your saying though, I would watch the Vid to make sure its H and H but man from that pic alone I can tell what those cops are warning everyone about.

Yeah I just scoured that link and found an interesting take in a pdf about Frazzledrip involving Courtney Love. Crazy. Makes me think that her big “comeback” some years ago with her “Hollywood” makeover puts her in the spotlight as a big player in these evil games they play.
