Could this be a reference to some of the FBI's "302" documents which I believe were the memos created during and after an agent interviews someone? The 302 document for instance was what Comey referred to when he claimed he thought Trump was trying to "interfere" in the Russia hoax investigation after their conversation at the whitehouse...
