Every aspect of the dam is compromised. The design is flawed, the materials used are inferior, it was built in a rushed and political atmosphere with severe corruption. It’s not even anchored to the bedrock. The dams existence is a blight on humanity, and people will only realize the true extent of it all when catastrophic failure occurs.
