Random EBS test?! Our EBS monthly testing is always the 2nd Wednesday of the month! It has never had a test text like this, always just the regular tornado sirens! Someone is testing the EBS!!!

Ahh, nuts..

But.. unless the posted date is updated with the updated "ago" time.. how did they get this article so thoroughly written in 2 minutes?

Looking at the time in the page code it looks like the original posted time was 9:10AM.

I was all hyped and confused and ready for big news, too.
