Random EBS test?! Our EBS monthly testing is always the 2nd Wednesday of the month! It has never had a test text like this, always just the regular tornado sirens! Someone is testing the EBS!!!

We had one in Kansas City as well. Ours is normally the first Wednesday of the month. Sirens and ebs for a tornado. They then announced 30 minutes after it ended that it was a test. Made me suspicious.
