When a product is used as intended and it causes harm to innocent third parties, you have a case.
Guns are intended to stop bad guys and bag dinner. Any other use is not the fault of the manufacturer.
This outside of constitutional law. That should be the overriding argument... but if they want to sue gun makers, then might as well sue car makers and matchmakers
