Man, I bet the young men and woman that joined the State Department could not have perceived that one day they too could be gun runners, drug dealers, and human traffickers. Gotta to be exceptionally smart, but weak of mind. Imagine the tests needed to get that combination. Could it be exceptionally smart, but from a financially disadvantaged background that makes them jump at the bait; after all, that is what we are seeing in Congress, except the bait is much much larger due to their "elite" status.
