I wanna say fuck Wray...but if this is a movie, wouldn’t the point of his actions be to show that the FBI is incompetent, furthering distrust of them by the American people?

There was also a Q post talking about the first thing Wray did after being confirmed was he visited all field offices. Posted as if that was part of the plan.
