Yeah obviously; thats why an investigation needs to happen. The point here is: we don’t know if she is telling the truth or not, so lets go ahead and remove her from dads care for a moment and place her with mom, or grandma, or ANYONE ELSE WHO SHE FEELS SAFE WITH while the investigation is conducted. The judge straight up did not give a fuck
