The “insurance file” was the “grab them by the p****” interview with Billy Bush (of the Bush family). They obviously released it, once they found out his true agenda.

This article does a good job of explaining how Trump double-crossed the cabal. It’s directly corroborated by the Q post #2729 about HRC mentioned above.
