On Sunday's speech, President Trump said that he should have used reverse psychology to get the wall built faster, that he should have said we didn't need a wall, then the D's would have fallen over each other getting a wall built. I wonder if this is what he's doing with the whole vaccine thing. I also think he's using it as code-speak for other things.
