Anywho, I am thinking that the FISA abuse used against Trump and his campaign then followed by some intentionally released (by Q/white hats) bits of evidence that made it clear to anyone paying attention that these FISA surveillances were illegal, was used to keep all the cabal swamp creatures on their heals just trying to avoid prosecution from these crimes. those paying attention include us patriots and the creatures themselves who needed to play defense against any intel in the ether. I think they were intentionally played to make em sweat and allow them to "get away with it" to embolden them and lead them to make mistakes.

meanwhile, Q white hats within the FBI & DOJ and any other agency that have the capacity to request FISAs were seeking and being granted FISAs (all involving just white hats including a white hat FISA judge). finding a white hat judge would be easy if using all the intelligence available to them, even if such intel was not legally obtained. we all must believe that Q had to use these tools to combat the evil. similarly, proving the guilt of the swamp creatures was probably easy based upon all the intelligence available to them, but if illegally obtained it isn't likely to actually clean the swamp. if the swamp creatures ultimately aren't taken down through irrefutable and legal means than they could walk free and even win major lawsuits against the governement if illegal surveillance was the source.

Could this statement have been a marker as to the start of FISA/s against the swamp? with a little misdirection in Herridge tweet. her "Q + A" as part of the marker?

I'm sure there are some autists out here that would be able to make this logic and connection even deeper and more convincing using more significant coded/Q/8kun connections.

this theory spawned from me wondering what hard LEGALLY-obtained evidence Q white hats could have on the cabal that could warrant the arrests with them having no hope of bail or a finding of not guilty. whether we believe this link from an earlier GAW post (https://amg-news.com/archives/11002) or just Trump's own statements and Q's own drops that they caught em all and game over, true patriots here believe they got the goods on them somehow. but what goods and how? even though we expect Q white hats have access to all sorts of intercepts, if these intercepts aren't captured legally than they can't be used to indict or convict (unless there's something I'm missing wrt military tribunals?). so it got me to thinking that they needed legal approval to collect data, which to me means they most likely had to use FISA. not sure if there are other legal means for spying on american citizens, but it's my understanding that this is the primary means.

I think that unbeknownst to the cabal and swamp creatures that while they thought they were getting away with the biggest crimes in history against Trump and his people, they were actually being surveilled and making their own nooses! imagine the communications and how the FISAs would seemingly spider web such that you catch all the rats
