that could be,

not sure of all the 'rules' that go along with AF1,

but it's pretty obvious someone other than Joe is steering this ship.

we would have crashed a long time ago if this wasn't part of the plan.

could also apply to the twitter statement,

Dan Scavino, or someone close to the top could make that post...
