I have an idea! Get rid of the amortization schedule!! If we paid for cars the way we pay for houses, we'd all be riding the bus.

Lower taxes, for starters.

Don't make us pay $50 every year to "register" the same vehicle we already own.

Don't make us pay $20 a year to "register" our dog.

No government backed loans that allow colleges to ramp up tuition and students left with debt.

Introduce financial independence education courses into curriculums starting in middle school.

Have transparency in who and how municipalities and schools award contracts to.

Municipalities often award contracts to campaign donors and for kickbacks.

Schools are funded mostly through local property taxes and also on the county level. I've seen friends who teach find materials for the classroom for $20 on amazon that cost $100+ through "the official catalog"

Cut costs, lower property taxes, rent costs will lower as the landlord has less tax obligation to pass on to the renter through raised rent.
