Why do we need leaders? We have to start talking to our neighbors - ALL of our neighbors. Warn them of what's on the horizon. Organize community communication outlets.

The problem with this is that most of these people are too far gone. If they haven't woken up yet, they won't. Not until it's too late and then they will play stupid and act shocked when things go sideways.
