I've gotten two amber alerts this morning and I'm in Texas.

She kept getting them for Carrollton and Itasca, them this one randomly popped up. I didn't get ANY on my phone, which is worrisome considering. I'm on a galaxy, she's on an iphone

You can turn off all emergency alerts except presidential ones (kek) in the emergency alert app settings, so go ahead & check those. The actual app itself, not just general phone settings.
