Exactly. This is and never was about the "virus". It's about complete and total tracking and control. Every aspect of your lives from here on out will be micromanaged, supervised and coordinated.
Anyone saying "well this is just because NY is a shithole"... well, it's always the ones who never speak up or "I'm glad it's not me" right up to the point when they hear the knock on their door.
