The thing to note here is it took 9 months for this to work its way through the courts. The original election was in June. Let's hope for the best, but it may be quiet some time before we see justice if we expect it to come in from the courts.

The main positive of this is that you apparently can over-turn fraudulent elections after the fact (counter to what the supreme court of the US has been hinting at by passing the buck). Let's hope this case, and others like it, keeps setting a legal precedent for how to handle election fraud (i.e. Do not ignore it).
