I recall much worse than him, but I also rarely pay attention to usernames unless someone is epically bad. So I'll take your word.

The whole point of freedom of speech is to allow all people to speak freely whether you like it or not. I don't understand this. I understand getting rid of shills and what not people that are just saying stupid things and taking up space but this feels like no freedom of speech to me.. just saying DO NOT BAN ME please...

This, just like any other community, has its own rules, guidelines and code of conduct. The problem with Twitter and FB is that they proclaim to be free speech PLATFORMS but they obviously aren't and actively suppress and mislead the public with their deceitful censorship.
This is a community that has its own standards and code of conduct just as any other group made up of specific individuals (think any private club, organization etc). This doesn't claim itself to be a platform of a free for all speak about anything kind of place, it's right in the rules that this is specifically about Q and subjects related to what's brought up through that, with no dooming or shilling. There are other .win sites to talk about whatever.
