could it have something to do with not meeting the threashhold of taxable income?
when congress "borrows" currency, they need to pay the loan plus interest.
congress doesnt print money
central banks, Federal Reserve prints currency. debt from thin air. isnt backed by anything.
inflation is lesser worth of currency, which is worthless anyway.
