You can't prove a negative. But he can't prove that Trump WAS involved. And looking at how hard his administration went after child traffickers is pretty telling.

Think about how many people like Bill Cosby turn out to be rapists and how nobody had any idea. Perhaps Trump didn't learn about what Epstein was until later on? There is no way of knowing. So I look at his administration and where he stood on the issues.
