I tried clearing cookies, new browser, another search engine etc... This site(actually alle the .win) are not loaded on the PC. On phone they still working right now.

Try a different browser. If you are using explorer on your PC, try chrome. Your phone is probably using safari or chrome.

If your PC is wifi, connect to your phone as a hotspot. You will know then if a vpn is your next move!
