I tried clearing cookies, new browser, another search engine etc... This site(actually alle the .win) are not loaded on the PC. On phone they still working right now.

Anti-virus?

A bunch of them updated a year or two ago to intercept web traffic and can monitor/block stuff there.

Maybe turn off the SSL/TLS decrypt on your PC anti-virus
