That may have been the same in 1193 when Turkomen jihadists attacked Nalanda University in India- the largest Buddhist university with temples and monasteries and a library. well the murdering perps killed monks and nuns, destroyed temples and monasteries and burned the library, which took 3 months to burn-what was lost was beyond value and the karma reaped resulted in the moslems never being able to unify beyond their tribal bickering. "Greedy, petty and cruel"...
I remember a decade ago when some it was reported that just the country of Spain translated more books into Spanish than the entire Arab world did into Arabic.
