I've been seeing more places in the Chicago suburbs just saying "F-it!" In some only the staff have masks, in others even the staff have stopped. Some still have a sign but don't enforce anything and some took down or never had a sign. It's pretty much just some big chains that keep their dining rooms closed and that number is shrinking, the small chains and independents have been calling the governor's bluff for months now and I don't know of a single business that has actually lost their license, sometimes you even see the cops themselves dining inside with everyone else.
