To make things simple, a bill should be about one topic and one topic only. Shoving in a ton of pork that has nothing to do with the given topic should be flat-out illegal.
This not only keeps the bill on-topic, but would eliminate thousands of pages of documentation, thus making it easy to read in a short period of time, and also speeding up the entire process.

I’m never going to forget how Green went belly up when confronted about “conspiracies” when she was under heat. She either sold out or was trying to profit from the conspiracy communities.
