From my understanding, military intelligence intercepted dominion’s feeds at that time as well and interrupted the satellite feeds that would have bounced rigged numbers back for Hillary. This allowed for the most part a much fairer election, especially in the swing states. That’s why the DS use foreign satellites now like the one from Italy.
