Please correct me if i am wrong. I have read the insurrection act several times since it started showing up in the news. My Understanding is that Only POTUS can declare and insurrection, and if/when he does it is EXECUTED BY THE MILATARY.

By the military, not buffalo hat guy, Q, or anons, THE MILATARY.
