Polio was man made? Smallpox? Measles, mumps, rubella? TB?

Most of the above have death as a possibility as well as disfigurement and permanent injury.

If vaccines were 'always a tool of depopulation' why did our population explode even after the widespread administration of the smallpox vaccine? And why was it discontinued?
