I disagree, I believe they were are a noble scientific breakthrough in public health but like many things have ben hijacked for profit. I think at the moment they are about creating a new birth certificate/SSN to monitor the people and attack essentially a chip to them. It allows the government to have high surveillance and attach their new digital currency to a person, I think they may be used for depopulation later but I don't believe that is their initial purpose.
