No. It's from the probiscus of the vril. Adrenochrome doesn't give you black eyes.

I have never seen or read that claim anywhere. I DID read that a blackened left eye has to do with a ritual called soul scalping. All part of the satanic rituals, but not a direct result of adrenochrome use.
