If it gets rejected, and you want to try again with a slightly different term, I'd recommend re-writing "They can not handle the information given from 'Q'" into something less biased towards Q being accurate/true/good and more neutral.

Something like "They are so aggravated by the letter Q or any theory related to Qanon that they lose their mind."

That way they don't have to indirectly affirm that Q information is authoritative in order to accept this definition. The term can be used by "believers" and "unbelievers" alike, since it's just going after people with QDS.
