Yes, I retired a year ago, but in my experience they will make it a temporary turn away, but they wouldn't have enough blood supply in that case, so they are going to have to accept the vaccinated blood, as the lesser of the two evils, because if someone is bleeding to death it's either get blood into them right away or they have no chance, vs saving their lives immediately with a chance of side effects down the road. So many people are getting vaccinated that there wouldn't be enough blood if they turned them all away from donation.
