This looks like the whitehouse camera. What I don’t understand is there are flood lights and people are on the structure across the street. Did the people across the street not think it was strange to see children coming out of the white house like that? Did the people on the structure take footage/pictures since they could visibly see the kids? Everything that is going on is very strange!
