I’m not sure people really understand what “concede” means. Acknowledging someone’s win is not necessary for the game to be over. And I’m not in here dooming...I’ve learned a lot in here and I sincerely hope there is a comeback happening.
But in, for instance, a game of chess, you can concede the game before it ends because the outcome is clear. Or you can not, and let the game play out. You can acknowledge a person’s win in a well-fought game. Or you can not do that, if you saw them cheat. His lack of a concession speech doesn’t indicate anything (on its own) except that he chose not to acknowledge the “win.”
