Dude had massive heart disease, 10x the lethal dose of fentanyl, coke and weed in his system too and was in delirium from getting arrested. He was saying he couldnt breathe in the cop car so they took them out onto the ground. Your take is pretty dumb in my opinion. Dude killed himself. Your uninformed opinion on this and the legal system is why people justified billions of dollars of rioting.
