Sex and gender conveniently mean different things when leftists want, and also conveniently mean the same thing when leftists want.

Example 1: The above screenshot is not inconsistent with leftist ideals because sex and gender are different.

Example 2: a "women's" soccer team needs to include MTF transgenders because sex and gender are the same.
