That is not comparable. If the gun exploded in your hands without you doing anything to it you absolutely have the right to sue a gunmaker. If someone else shoots you with a gun you do not. See the difference?
Your comparison would be if the vaccine giver stabbed you in the neck with the vaccine needle and used it as a weapon and then you try to sue the vaccine. In the case I'm talking about its' the equivalent of the gun itself blowing up IE the vaccine itself harming people.
Don't you see class action lawsuits all the time for medications that they find out later harmed or killed people? Vaginal mesh for example. They have given special exemptions for these experimental gene therapies. If a company makes a drug and that drug harms you of course you have the right to sue them. It's not like you mishandled the drug. They literally would be responsible for poisoning you with their product.
And they are lying to the public by even calling them vaccines. They do not meet the criteria or definition to be called a vaccine based on how they work.
