That bit about rocket launches.... the countdown ends at zero when the button is pushed. The time lag between saying “zero” and the bird starting to climb up into the sky is because it takes a moment for the motor to build full power.

So yes, the countdown to the 19th you’ve found makes sense as the countdown to issuing the “go” order.
