Dividshub.net is where my images were sent by public affairs when I was a combat camera soldier. I believe they are housed in the pentagon and its purpose is to store and release to the media/public if it was not classified material. Which the classified material was supposedly stored for archival purposes. We were encouraged to have our media uploaded there and to have lots of downloads, meant it was good. My two cents.
