If George wasn’t real they would be sued by Trump for using his likeness, selling his merch etc

Trump literally just filed suit against the RNC for this exact thing.

I think this fact is meaningful.

Nah. You could easily make an argument about the usage. That’s never what had me interested in George. Neither are the locations. I checked that weeks ago. I spoofed my location to a nearby casino.

Would Trump sue? Yes

Has Trump recently sued others? Yes

Has Trump sued George? No

Is Trump selling merch unusual? No
