I think it is a sin just like any of the other sexual sins without getting into intricacies of specific sins. So by natural I guess I could say yes since the desire to sin is natural but none the less it goes against God’s image he cast us in. I think homosexuality should be treated like porn watching, it is unhealthy and love should be used to encourage people to walk away from it and get in fellowship which Christ.
