The thing is, we're all "born this way" as far as being born into a broken world, born sinners with things we need to overcome and turn away from and turn over to God. It won't matter if you put your sexual kinks on display and people don't recoil in fear and disgust, the inner knowledge that something is still broken and empty will still be there.
It doesn't matter if you decide you might be happier identifying as some other gender or race or type of person. You'll still know that something is wrong and broken inside you. That's borne out clearly by the trans movement and the unchanging suicide rates within that community.
All questions about these things are just semantics until we fully and clearly identify that the true broken wrongness inside each of us is because we were meant to seek God and love Jesus, and we were born into a world and a condition that only seeks to keep us from that.
