The point is that they have monetized his likeness, name and platform. RNC did that and were sued. GeorgeNews has not.

This in itself negates anything found by Evspra. Not that it isn’t relevant, but that info could easily be explained.

Them selling Trump merch without his approval is not so easily explained. And to those that think merch is suspicious.... you enjoying your MAGA hat?
