I didn't see the interview, but I can tell in the picture that her dress is really long. She may not have realized that it came up. With the boots, she couldn't feel where the hem was sitting like you can if you have bare legs. So while it's possible that it was intentional, the fact that she was wearing a long dress as if to cover it up leads me to believe it may have been an accident.
Wouldn't a holster be on the outside of the ankle? And accessible (i.e.not completely covered up with tight form-fitting leather)?
Seems almost like she's signaling others to run.

"Arrogamce" is also often the next best choice.
