It's funny, I went searching on the gaggle for images of ankle monitor to see it's dimensions and shape. Wanted to see if it matches the okrah ankle monitor. It does, but what I found where immediate "articles" about "no, she's not wearing an ankle monitor"

fakenewsweek, distractify (lol), and snopes came up immediately on the search.
