No idea. Didn't want to infer I had professional TV/wireless experience, but I have a general understanding through recording / live music / wireless setups / the internet.

Let's say it is a criminal ankle monitor. Can you spot the wireless transmitter? Where do you think it would be?

Edit: took another look after someone pointed out a 2nd bulge and it does look like there is a horizontal bulge on her left leg as well as the one pointed out by the big arrow

Edit 2: On my next look I think that horizontal bulge might be part of the boot. Idk.
