Why would they have fake plants outside of the whitehouse in the middle of a dark gray winter? That would look ridiculous from the outside
Arborvitae aren't fake, they are fantastic for borders and as "green fences" They do brown/bronze slightly in the winter but they are generaly green all year 'round and will grow just fine in DC's growing zone.
Bullshit. That's a tree with brown trunk and green random leaves, not a fence with fake green on it. Prove your theory. Show me one of these fake green fences anywhere around the capitol.... I'll wait.
