True story kodak sold "vitamin e" since it was vaguely chemically similar to vitamin e but it was actually film development fluid and this is the basis for all supplements its all a hoax. Vitamin supplements are scams since they use chemicals or heat to extract the nutrients which become poisonous once they are processed at best and hardly bioavailable if at all. Supplements give an illusion of working because they give an adrenal response to the poison as a countermeasure which gives a slight boost in energy such as when you smoke a ciggarette and the chemical needs to be neutralized so your body produces a "high" as it tries to arrest the poison it becomes stressed and you get fake energy like caffeine.
